Protocol and operational feasibility
Assess protocol fit, investigator experience, patient populations, facilities, competing studies, and enrollment assumptions before recommending sites.
Sponsors & CROs
ClinRé gives sponsors and CROs coordinated access to qualified investigators, research-ready sites, and diverse patient communities—from operational feasibility and site selection through activation, recruitment, quality oversight, and closeout.
Evaluate a protocolThe ClinRé model
Every protocol has different scientific, operational, geographic, and enrollment requirements. ClinRé evaluates fit at the investigator and site level, then coordinates the work needed to move appropriate sites toward activation and execution.
Our role is not to replace the sponsor, CRO, principal investigator, or site team. It is to help those parties work together through a clearer and more consistent operating structure.
From feasibility to closeout
Assess protocol fit, investigator experience, patient populations, facilities, competing studies, and enrollment assumptions before recommending sites.
Match each protocol with qualified investigators and research-ready sites using therapeutic, geographic, and operational criteria.
Coordinate confidentiality agreements, budgets, contracts, regulatory documents, training, and activation-readiness activities.
Apply centralized coordination, standardized workflows, and clear escalation pathways while preserving principal-investigator and site accountability.
Translate local patient access, referral relationships, and community pathways into protocol-specific recruitment and retention plans.
Support protocol compliance, documentation and data quality, issue escalation, training oversight, and audit and inspection readiness.
